Branch Manager

Branch Managers will manage a team of employees to ensure the organizations sales, service and operational plans are embedded in the way we do business. The candidates must also communicate effectively, inspiring, recognizing, and providing a motivational environment through daily coaching.
Collections Manager
Paragon Federal Credit Union, a well established financial institution in Northern New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Collection Manager. We are looking for a candidate whose responsibilities will include taking a proactive approach to collections by analyzing industry practices used to reduce delinquency trends, identifying historical patterns in the portfolio, and forecasting scenarios to establish benchmarks in the department.
Successful candidate will have experience with loan extensions, modifications and workouts. Must be well versed in mortgage collections regulations, possess strong loss mitigation skills, and have proven leadership capabilities.
Collections Representative
Paragon Federal Credit Union, located in Northern New Jersey is seeking an experience Collection Representative. The candidate will be responsible for contacting holders of delinquent loan accounts in an effort to ensure the prompt collection of all delinquent payments.
The candidate will contact members by telephone to discuss the circumstances causing the delinquent status of their accounts, as well as discuss possible financial arrangements that would resolve temporary problems, inform them of potential legal actions, and suggest financial counseling, in an effort to arrive at suitable payment arrangements.
Call Center Representative
We currently have a Part-Time Call Center Representative position available. This position is responsible for servicing the membership on the telephone through product sales and account service. Candidate will ensure that members are given high quality, prompt, professional service. This position utilizes knowledge and experience when making judgments in resolving problems and answering questions. Candidate will identify and recommend strategies that will increase sales, improve office operations and achieve department goals and objectives. Must be detail oriented, a team player and have excellent communication and PC skills.
