Steps for Registering a Domain Name Through Paragon Services, LLC

   "Please accept this letter as my authorization for Paragon Services, LLC to register my organizations' domain name entitled 'www._______________.___" (insert the name(s) you have chosen)

3. You must include your contact information in the letter,  including
   1. Your Name
   2. Your Title
   3. Organization Name
   4. Organization Address, City, State, and Zip Code
   5. Organization Phone Number
   6. Your Email Address
4. Sign the letter
5. Fax the letter to Paragon Services at 201-263-3698
   Or mail the letter to Paragon Services, LLC P.O. Box 650, Montvale, NJ 07645
